Due to some inconsistencies in some owner's manuals, here's a list of light bulbs the Protegé
and Mazda3 uses. Note these are the type of bulbs that the car originally came with. Other "equivilant"
bulbs commonly used (especially in North America) will fit but lighting performance or reliability maybe
reduced due to the fact they are not the same thing, hence the different trade number! Replace the
particular bulb with the same or better type! Major markets for the cars are listed. For other countries,
your car may most likely use the same kind of bulbs found in the European spec cars. Industry standard
bulb trade number assignments are shown.
