    Symptoms and Conditions:
    -----------------------
When listening to SAT radio and the artist title and song title need to
be known, the radio head display may not indicate the correct artist or
song title being played (e.g.,Beatles are being played, but display
shows the artist to be Bob Dylan).

The clock and ambient temperature (if equipped) are not affected and
    will operate normally.

By pressing the 'DISP' button for 1.5 seconds during SAT reception, the
text data will change from CHANNEL NUMBER to CHANNEL TITLE to
CATEGORY TITLE to ARTIST TITLE and then to SONG TITLE. Turning the
tuning knob will display any text that cannot be completely shown on the
    display.

    Repair Procedure:
    ----------------
    1. Verify the display concern.

    2. Call Sirius at 1-888-539-7474 to confirm the problem is not on their
    side with broadcasting information.

    3. Check for SAT 'ERROR' codes using MTO# 4621. If error codes exist,
repair the concern based on the code/s.

    4. Using another coax cable (harness between the redio head unit and the
receiver),confirm the problem is not with the cable by hooking it up
to the receiver and radio head without removing the original cable,
just disconnect it and try another cable.

    5. If cable does not resolve the concern, replace the receiver (DLP
black box). If DLP does not fix concern, swap a known good radio
head unit into vehicle and re-test.
