After refueling, a no start and/or stall condition may occur. This
could be due to a stuck open purge valve. During refueling, evaporative
gas is passed through the open purge valve, causing an incorrect
air/fuel mixture.
Check the purge valve for a stuck open condition, using service bulletin
01-025/05 which provides the recommended procedure with a vacuum gauge.
If the purge valve is okay, proceed with normal diagnostics.
