When replacing any of the above modules, Parameter Reset is required.  
After performing PMI from the Toolbox select BODY, SECURITY, PATS      
FUNCTIONS. If asked if Parameter Reset will be performed select YES.  2
outcodes will be given and 2 incodes will be needed to gain security   
access. After access is gained select PARAMETER RESET. M-MDS will ask  
which module did you replaced. Select the appropriate module, some     
models will automatically perform ignition key code erase, if not it   
will need to be selected and performed, then a minimum of 2 keys will  
need to be programmed. Follow the on screen instructions.
